The laundry facilities were convenient for travelers looking to freshen up their clothes. the welcome drink provided upon arrival was a nice touch, setting the tone for a relaxing stay. the happy hour at the bar/lounge area was a great way to unwind after a day of exploring the city. the ironing facilities came in handy when I needed to touch up my outfits for a night out. The hotel's heating kept me warm during the chilly evenings, and the tea and coffee facilities in the room were perfect for starting my day. the terrace outside my room was a lovely spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning.
